I seem to have constant issues with my Nevo S70 connecting. I constantly have the prompt pop up on the display and have to hit the "find" button to re-establish the connection. This has been a constant issue since I had the unit installed. I am a user that purchased this remote from an installer that went AWOL on me before my complete system install was completed. Any thoughts or ideas on how I can resolve this?

Also, does anyone know of a qualified person in the Phoenix area that could assist me?

Thank you.

Interference with zwave is usually either physical or random RF.
Extending the antenna out of a closet or rack helps.
Also, make sure there are no 900 MHZ phones or baby monitors in the house.

I have used this antenna to extend the Nevo Connect's antenna and it has cured a few connectivity issues. Nevo also has an extender available, but you have to get it from a Nevo dealer.

Message me if you need additional help, I am in Phoenix.

It just hit me that I hope I wasn't the installer who went MIA......

Probably not, I think I have only pissed off a couple of people lately. Let me know if I can help.
