Hi.
I have a NEVO SL, but is blocked in the first image when I turn him on, Can I update the firmware of my NEVO? If yes where can I download firmware version for NEVO SL.

What do you mean blocked?
Is is stuck during loading or on the home page?
Does the touchscreen work?
If it boots but the touch screen is not working then it has most likley been dropped. It can be fixed by resetting the orange ribbon cable inside the remote.
If this is not what is wrong then please supply more information about you issue.
