Hi All,
Finally figured it out, I download from Microsoft the xp vitual pc ran the program then I installed Nevo studio pro. I was then able to connect my q 50 windows 7 installed the drivers for it. the the vitual xp machine could see it as an unknown device. you then use the pull down menu titled usb and click attach to unknow device. Nevo will now see the remote and you can use it normally. Hope this helps

Sorry to burst your bubble but this will not be required in 2-4 weeks ish. NSP 3 will be out and it fully supports all windows 64bit OS. Nice work though. [Link: remotecentral.com]D.

Do you think that 2-3 week time frame is pretty solid? I only ask because Nevo has been known for very liberal interpretations of words like "soon," and "Spring," and "later this year." ;)

Yeah, I figured this out a couple of weeks ago, but once I completed a project, I couldn't get it to recognize and download to my Q50. How did you get it to download??
As far as 3.0, I've checked everyday twice a day since the email...it will make things much easier.

I had it running via virtual XP but didn't catch the USB in the menu. Was trying to do it as I would on 32-bit. ..when that didn't work, I gave up and just went to another computer.

I use the virtual XP for a variety of products that are not supported by W7-64b. Pronto's older programs don't work and I still need to support my customers who have one. It's a pretty cool feature and further testament to the failure of Vista.

I know Nevo are working long and hard hours to get it out by Q1.
From what I can tell they should make that deadline.

so, by the time that 3.0 is available for download, do you think that 2.0 will start shipping with the remotes?
