I have loaded my configuration file onto the Q50, updated the firmware on the Q50 and on the NC50. I load the config file, and go to ping the NC50, it pings and tells me to press the program button the NC50 within 30 seconds, I do that, and the remote states that it has been successful, but the only option after that is to go back or add next, which add next continues the loop. I am now not able to even get that far. The Q50 now says that the Nevo Connect is not responding and to contact my installer ( I am the installer, I co-own a Jacksonville, FL based A/V, Electrical, Security company.) Please someone provide me with help, as my wife is pissed at me becuase my gear is remotely located in a closet so even changing the channel is a pain. Thanks!

Are you an authorized Nevo dealer ? If so , then give Nevo tech a call. They are easy to work with and they will provide all the elp you need.

once you press the program button, and the Q50 recognizes the NC50, all you need to do is hit the back button, then hit finish.  the add button is still there because you may need to add more zwave devices depending on your configuration.

at this point, i would do a hard reset on the remote by sliding the switch off, then back on, and I would try resetting the nc50 by pressing the reset button on the bottom of the unit.   then try connecting them again.

did all of that.....I am an authorized dealer, but this is my personal remote and I havent been home to call tech. I guess I should take the damn thnig to work with me, but its been really busy this month. When I hit the back, it should allow me to press finish, but it continues to act like I am adding a new NC....I'll play with it some more, and if it doesn't work out, I;ll be calling tech on my half day tomorrow...Thanks for the help!
