I’ve had my ProntoNeo for about two weeks now and have found a problem, or possibly a defect in my unit. When I upload from the remote to NeoEdit, some of the IR codes for the hardbuttons don't upload. Instead, they all revert to the "Channel Down" code (from the codeset for my Hughes SAT receiver). The hard buttons on the Neo remote still work fine at that point. But if I do additional editing on the uploaded file and then download it to the Neo without reassigning the IR codes again, then the incorrect codes go into the Neo. So I have to reassign them each time I do an upload. What a pain.
Anyone run across this? I am using the latest firmware version and the latest version of NeoEdit.
