I just purchased a Neo trying to get codes for Yamaha RX-V1 Reciever. Where Do I start? have NeoEdit installed.

Do you have the newest filmware and NEOEdit versions? You should have NeoEdit 2.0. Not sure about the filmware. You can go to the Phillips site. I would like to think that they are shipping it with the current stuff, but I doubt it.
