I cannot get my Pronto Neo to recognize my Mitsu ws-48511 remote codes.
Does anyone have any sources or ideas as to what to do to get these???
Thanks

There's discreet power codes that will work on Mitsu RPTVs over in the Pronto files section. They're the IR codes that you'll need to cut and paste into the IR code fields. Tedious, but it works....

Mitsubishi customer service will fax to you by request a worksheet that will show you how to activate discrete codes for input sources and on/off. Each remote has a special keystroke that changes the behavior of the remote. I followed the instructions and learned the codes for my VS-50803. Sweet!
