Hi...
I just got the Pronto Neo and it is impressive - I have updated its firmfare and got the latest Neoedit program BUt now i am confused. I have gone to the data files and brought back files i want (they are .ccf); how do i get them into .ncf files that Neo uses? My Neo does not read the .ccf files and i can't use Wordpad to edit them. Do I just change the file extension from .ccf to .ncf??

Do I just change the file extension from .ccf to .ncf?? NO! You need to download neohacker. Using that you can copy a Pronto IR code into neohacker and the program will convert it into a neo IR code. Works like a charm.

I read this post with interest, as I am trying to convert a .ccf file for the Rotel 1066 into .ncf format. However, when I attempt to open the .ccf file in NeoHacker 0.7, I cannot access the .ccf file--it only reads .ncf files. What step am I missing here?

you have to use the software for the Pronto remotes. Open the ccf file, find the ir code you need and copy the hex code, then paste it into Neohacker.
The software for the RC3200 also lets you input the hex codes from the ccf files as well
