I just got a Neo and I can see it has a lot of potential. I have lots of ideas, but I am worried already that I'm going to be limited by either what I am able to figure out or time. First off I am unable to run NEOHacker. I have downloaded a JRE but I could not find NEOHacker.jar I tried typing the deal into the "run" line but that didn't do anything. Second big thing is there has to be a better way to put buttons on a page. I keep getting told my demensions are wrong. Do I really have to change the demensions every time I want to put in a different sized bmp.

OK, I can't even change the demensions. Why do I keep being told I can't put down a different bmp.

Nevermind, got that. I guess I have to remove the default one first. Still haven't got NeoHacker running.

If you can find all the IR codes you need, you can get by with useing NeoSynch to move a device up to the top of the tree for the overview page.

I don't get what you mean. Are you saying I don't need NeoHacker if all I want is to be able to customize my device overview page. I have actually just spent a good deal of time finding and learning all of my codes. They are all labeled on very ugly pages for aliasing later. At least thats the plan. I've already for that linking a button is probably slower than just learning it but they might all be convient if I want a button to do more than one thing.
