when I work on something in NeoHacker and I try to download it to the Neo it gives me a error message. Something like device not configured for this type of file I believe-any thoughts?

Make sure you are saving it for the correct remote.

I am saving it for the right remote. Today I went to upload because I made some changes on the unit and now I can neither download or upload. When trying to upload it says-can not recognize device-check connections and try again. When I try to download it gives me that not configured for this type of file message. I am very close to smashing this thing into bits-it has been nothing but a headache so far

ok-got it to work-next problem-if I set it so my macros are visible upon starting the unit then I can't get to the individual devices?
