I cannot get my computer to download to the Neo. I called the help line and they said it was a conflict on the computer with the serial port. I had a computer expert (IT/LAN Director) work with me and there is no conflict, the serial port works fine. But I even tried another computer - same result. Any suggestions?

When I hit the download button, I get a SEGGER_TSU500 message box that says "Are you sure your EcoPronto is properly connected"

There is no sign that the computer is talking to the Neo at all. Any hints?

What is the Firmware version on the neo remote and what version of NEoEdit are you using?

Any programs running in the back ground? Com apps that work with anything?

Is the right Com port selected in NeoEdit, what OS are you using?
