I just got the NEO and created an NCF. When I tried to download it to the NEO I got an error message that said "invalid CF version or corrupt flash" I tried to reset and also took the batteries out. Nothing works, the screen is locked on this message. I can't find anything on the Pronto Web Site about this. HELP!!!

What version neoedit and firmware are you running? If you are running the newest version of each, downloaded from the Philips site and having this problem, reinstall the firmware to the neo.
