Has anyone encountered a virus-like problem with the neo?? My screen became very jumbled - all screens layered on top of one another and occasional lines running across the screen. My screen has since become extremely faint - barely readable. I purschased the neo one week ago. It is being replaced today (hopefully). Has anyone else had these problems??
