Hi everyone,
I've got a Panasonic TV (model CT32SX31) with a remote (model EUR511500). When I entered the brand code into the Neo, most of the remote functions worked such as power, volume, channels, menus, and mute. Unfortunately, none of the PiP commands worked and the Neo can't learn commands from the Panasonic remote.
The Neo has been able to handle everything else in my home theater system so I'm hoping I can work around this.
What I've tried so far is: -- Downloaded latest firmware and NeoEdit software. -- Followed all of the learning suggestions in the troubleshooting section of the ProntoNeo Users Guide. -- Called Philips customer service. -- Downloaded NeoHacker in case I could copy the IR commands from another configuration file. I searched this website on the TV and remote model number, but I didn't find anything.
Help! Any suggestions? If someone here can't help me, the only other idea I have is to go back to the store where I bought the TV and see if they'll let me experiment with different Panasonic remotes until I can find one that controls my TV and the Neo can learn from. Any other ideas?
Thanks in advance.
