Just bought the Pronto Neo TSU500 at Best Buy for $149 (good price, right?). Anyway, so I just received my new JVC DVD/receiver (model RX-DV3SL) and I figured I would see what this little Philips remote could do.
I'm a little nervous. The Pronto Neo seems to be learning many commands for the JVC unit... however, there are several critical key commands that it does NOT learn - such as "menu". What do I do?
If there is anyone out there who can assist me with my dilema or if you have any advice to offer - such as: AM I SCREWED? SHOULD I TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE? Thanks so much in advance!
