Please help. I just bought the Neo last week. Everything seems to be working except - I have a General Instruments cable box. The NEO was able to learn the IR codes from the cable remote (at least is said OK), but will not execute any commands?
Trouble shooting tips. Thanks in advance.

What you can do is download neohacker and pronto edit and copy the IR code from the Pronto files section and paste them into neohacker. [Link: remotecentral.com]
