After updating my NEO firmware and gradually getting used to the quirks and workarounds, I still have a problem I've not been able to solve. It seems that some standard IR commands like 'Prev Channel' and 'Source' or 'Input' from TV and satellite remotes do not work through standard learning. Best I can tell, the original remote has stored in it the previous channel and therefore uses the IR signal for that channel. When I try to teach the NEO, all it receives from the remote is the signal for that single channel. Input source for me tv seems to work similarly, incrementing the source one value at a time. The NEO doesn't seem to get it.
Can this be fixed through a macro? Can some of the more experienced users help me?
thanks

I had no problems learning those functions with my neo. However, I have had problems learning functions with other equiptment, especially two-way remotes. I was able to resolve those problems by taking bits and peices from other peoples ncf or ccf's. Your best bet is search the files section and do the same.
