i have just bought a pronto neo all my other remotes
work fine with it but i have digital cable tv with
ntl and the learn function with this remote
keeps failing any ideas?

What type of box have got? If its the ex cable & wireless type then it will be impossible for your Neo to learn from the original remote as it uses a different type IR coding. How ever if you are in the original NTL area then you should have no problem at all. Try putting new batteries into the original remote as low batteries can have the effect of not producing a clean signal for the Neo to learn.
