I have begun to really like the RC3200 but a VERY anoying problem has come up. When I press one soft button, another button BESIDE or ABOVE the one selected activates! I have tried this MANY times to be certain that I was not too close to another button. Does anyone else have this problem or is my RC3200 defective?
This is not a problem that I can live with because when I selct TV as a source instead of my PVR, the PVR will STOP recording because a button nearby takes it out of record mode! I have tried enlarging and moving the buttons, but I still have the problem. Any sugestions?

Hi rstaples,
sometimes i had the problem, that 2 functions where activated by pressing one button but not everytime. The IR Codes where not really clean. I learned them new, and it worked. Are you sure that the problem depends of the place of the buttons?
Lots of fun,
Oliver

The TSU500 had the same problem, until the latest firmware came out. That helped with the same issue's you seem to be having. Is the Firmware on the remote the most recent?
