I wonder if anyone else has had this problem. I have had my Neo for about a month. I am using one of the four hard buttons directly under the screen to bring up the program guide and to switch between favorites lists on my Dishplayer DSS receiver. This means it gets a lot of use. It has become very loose, and is almost falling out of the case. It is so loose that it flips over and will not activate until I turn it back into the right position. I guess the hard buttons are not meant for too much use. I will reprogram this function to a button on the screen.
