Hi,
Is there a way to convert Pronto CCF files to a Pronto NCF file. So i can use it with my ProntoNeo. Thank in advance.

no.
you can use neohacker to import IR codes, and you can save icons in PE and then load them in the NEO, But these are manual jobs, not a conversion
