Having probs after using Neo Hacker. Saved the file after hacking, opened it in neo edit and then tried to download. The neo didn't like the file - it looks like a TSU500 file which my 930 doesn't like. I can't see any way of opening the hacked file as a 930 one. Have I missed something? Any help is welcome!

When saving in neohacker make sure you save it as RC3200 and not tsu500.

Thanks for the suggestion John but Neo Edit didn't want to know about files of that type! This is what I'm doing;
1)Hack file and then save as Pronto Neo File
2)Go to Neo Edit - open hacked file as a 930 file. As soon as the file appears it's labelled as a TSU500 file.
I can't quite work out what's going wrong - or maybe it's me?

After you hack the file, you need to save it as a 930 ncf. If you are saving it as Pronto Neo File in neohacker thats why you are having problems. Open one of you ncf's in neohacker and select "file" and "save as..." and at the bottom in the "files of type:" box select RC3200 ncf and save the file. Try using it after that. it should work for you.

I trawled through the forum and discovered the answer before I got your last reply and your suggestion has just confirmed it - thanks for that.
