I just purchased a new pronto pro and i need help creating macros. any and all help will be appreciated.

You probably should post your message on the Pronto board. I just got my Pronto NEO and I started out with someone else's full-featured NCF. That helped me learn what could be done and how. That technique should work with the Pro as well.

Like Tdaymond said, the best place for a ProntoPro question is the Pronto forum.
But the answer would depend on what are you using. are you creating the macros on the Pronto or in Pronto Edit
