Here's my problem: How come some buttons will send a signal for as long as the button is held and others are a short burst, for example when on my sat page I can send vol up or down and it works good, however when I wan't to scroll up and down in my tv guide it will only go 1 page (I am using the channel hard buttons for this, These have also been hacked with longer durations to get by dishnetworks poor reciever responce)

Well it seems to be any buttons that get hacked for timing will send a proper signal on a short push, however they loose the ablity to send a constant signal with the button held down, does any one know a way around this?
