The subject says it all. I have searched on both this forum and the Pronto but haven't seen any reference to the codes used by the Audigy remote.

I am extremely curious. Why not simply teach the codes to the remte?

I can't seem to get my Neo to learn the codes from the Audigy remote even with the most up to date firmware and following everything in FAQ about programming.
