I've got every button learned on my ProntoNeo,some with much difficulity. Now, can I move buttons around to different screens without losing the learned information. (For instance, can I move a lighting on/off button from one device page onto another)??

Yes. If it is a learned button you can move it from one page to another. However, if that button has macros associated with it you can't move it without losing the macros.
