I have the Pronto Neo and a Panasonic DVD/VCR combo Model PV-D4742. I can not get the Neo to learn most of the functions of the remote. It will learn play but not stop.... and a multitude of others. Any Ideas or help would be great

Have you tried to press the original remote botton
before ProntoNEO button when learning

Check out the FAQ section here on this site. There are a lot of tips for the learning challenged remote. This is one of the big problems with the Neo but most of it can be overcome with patience. I could never get the Neo to learn all the commands I wanted but I got it to learn most. Be persistant. Are you using the latest version of firmware? I am asking because you will want to upload these tough commands as soon as they are learned so they can be saved. Good Luck Butch
