I just purchased a Neo, and updated to the newest firmware.
I am getting the "Calibration Failed" error message. I have used a Palm stylus, a pencil, pencil eraser, and paper clip, and I still keep getting the message.
I called Philips, and they said to exchange the unit, but I was hoping someone on ehre would have a better answer....?

I just had the same thing happen to me after flashing to the latest firmware. I was able to solve the problem by using a piece of paper towel, bunched up in the corner of the sheet and using it to touch the targets on the screen. The important thing was to make sure that the towel touches both sides of the 90º corner of the screen. It took 3-4 tries but it worked for me.
