Please help.
I have a H/K AVR 5000 receiver and just bought the Pronto NEO SBC RU930. I have difficulties getting the input selectors AVR, DVD, CD, TAPE, VCR, TV, etc learned by the remote. I already did the suggestion by Steve to copy the TSU500.DAT file naar de RU930 directory and renamed it to RU930.DAT. Also I saved some of the downloadable *.ncf files (originaly TSU500 configured) to RU930 configuration files. Still I only can switch on and switch of my receiver. Can someone help me. Is there someone having a SBC RU930 ncf file that communicates well with the Harman Kardon AVR5000?
Thanks,
Noel.

Hi Noel,
had the really same prob with the AVR 5000, first with the Neo, then with the Marantz 3200. Had lots of fun with the remotes, so i bought the Marantz 9200. That is able to learn the buttons of AVR!!
I copied the hex-code from the 9200 to the 3200 and it works, have just done it for DVD, but works for the other for sure... When you are able to work with the hex-codes, i would e-mail the codes you need.
I found before the codes in the files area, but they did not work, i think because we have a european AVR 5000!?? Let me know if you need the codes,
Oliver

Hello Guys
have the same problem although with a AVR-3500.
Did you find a solution Noel. If yes can you tell?
Or how about the codes from the marantz?
Is it about the frequency? Or what is it?
Thanks
Stefan

Hello Guys,

I have the same problem with the Harman-Kardon AVR 5000.
The ProntoNeo learnd the most buttons, but it is not able to learn the source-selector button for DVD.
Please send me a .nfc-file for the HK AVR 5000 or the hex-code for the DVD-selector.
My mail-adress : [email protected]

Thanks
Timo
