Every time I download to my Neo my date, time, contrast and overview page reset? My macros and codes stay the same though please help I just go this Neo today! The batteries are real low could this be the problem?

Nope, this is a Feature that Philips wanted us end user's to have. They think it makes us not want to use the software I think, cause it is really a joke!

Don't get me wrong, I love my Neo, I just think Philips could of found better programers, as I was there in the begining..it was a real joke then,, much better now if you can believe it!

Please protest, may they will fix it! At least now all the settings don't change when you replace batteries, through it use too! The funny thing is, look at the bottom of NeoEdit, and it shows Date/Time...what for I don't know, as it doesnt use the info!

PS-Still once its set up, then set the time/date, till then, don't look at it :)
