I just got my Neo. I downloaded the new firmware and NeoEdit. I setup my Neo via "learning" method. I uploaded the configuration into NeoEdit. Everything appeared to have worked. NeoEdit matched the Neo.
But now when I try and use my remote, none of the buttons are received by the devices. TV, Cable, etc won't accept demands.

What have I done wrong?

Did you save your file before the firmware update and then download it after (the firmware update will revert the remote), if so did try again to down load, perhaps the file has become corrupted

Equip: Toshiba TV, Philips Home Theater System, Toshiba VCR

I uploaded the file from the NEO prior to the firmware updated. Created a copy in NeoEdit (backup). Then made some changes. Downloaded the file back to the Neo. Nothing worked. Ran the firmware and redownloaded, still na'da.

Have you tryed to relearn any of the buttons? If they start to function again, a least we know the remote is o.k., at that point, I would relearn say 1 device, upload and save, redownload and test, if you can't learn at all anymore, the firmware update may have gone south which means returning it or sending it for repair. (If this is the case I would not mention the firmware update as being the cause and simply say it broke)
