I just bought a ProntoNeo - and for $200 it seems pretty cheap. The buttons on the left side of the Neo seem to be a little loose and rattle if the unit is shaken. All of the buttons DO work though. Is this how the other ones are? Someone please let me know! Thanks.

Yes, the same buttons seem to be a little loose on my 2-day old NEO as well. I don't think this is a problem...yet.

I bought mine 4-5 days ago and have not witnessed any looseness and/or rattles in my side buttons.
