I just recently bought the SR8200. I am trying to setup up a design template for the 3200 and was wondering where everyone got the icons for TIVO? How do you edit them as well??

I have found the TIVO icons in the Pront .ccf files
area. I just loaded prontoedit into the computer, loaded
the .ccf file with TIVO logo and click on the icon, then
hit properties, right click on the image and then scoll
down to save, it will be a .bmp file then.
You can use any image editing file like PSP, Corel etc to
edit the .bmp file and resave.
Then import into the gallery.

Than I must be doing something wrong. I can't get these files to open up. I downloaded files from this site and from tivo.com. I even tried using the neohacker options?
Get really confused!!
