Just got the Pronto Neo and downloaded the latest software version. The software gives me the choice of connections on Com3 or Com4. My Palm Pilot connects on Com1 and works fine. Any suggestions?

I figured it out. Hotsync manager was running in the background, causing a conflict on the serial port. Turn it off to use NeoEdit.
