I have a Pronto TSU500 with the latest formware.
When it learn a command from a remote, it works once, then none of the leared commands work. For example, I'll teach it all the digits for my cable remote, go back to "use" mode, press the "2", a "2" will appear on my cable box, press a "6", and nothing happens, none of the buttons work, not even the "2", but the non-learned commands still work.
Anyone else have this problem?
Please Help!

UPDATE:
I discovered that when I remove the batteries, and replace them, I can press one button again, and that's it.
It then ignores the rest again.
