I just received the RC3200 with my SR8200.The manual doesn't have any codes in it, is there a list of codes available or do I have to use the learning function for each device?

Make sure you down load the newest software for your 3200 from here or Marantz.com.
The new software will let you copy/paste strings of code from the RC5200. There are a TON more files available for the 5200 at the moment (Been out longer).
As for codes, yes, you have to learn them all in.
