Has anyone figured out a way to make the LCD light up whenever you touch it? Unlike the 2000, it doesn't sense light level making the LCD pretty worthless in a dark room. You have to fumble for the side light button before hitting anything on the touch panel rather than just tapping it to make it light up.

press and hold "MODE" then "Setup" then turn the Backlight all the way up one past 120 seconds to ON...
Done
Has to be done on the remote, not the software

Just want to add to the above reply, you can then back down the LCD display time down to however long you want it to stay on. Because when you up the backlight time, the LCD time goes up with it.

I tried to alter past 120 seconds backlight time, but there´s no "On".
Why does it not work with my RC3200?
