I have owned my NEO for a few months now, but have never been able to have it work with one code. Trying to LEARN the SAT button on a B&K (SL-9000 HTM) to the NEO. All other buttons work. SAT is critical because the SAT is a main controller for the B&K Ref 20 PreAmp. I can switch between DVD,VCR,TV and back with no problem. The SAT button when pressed will no return. The NEO acknowledges the LEANING of the SAT button, but when using the NEO, nothing.
Anyone have any IDEAS?
