okay i'm not a complete moron when it comes to setting up things. i take the time to read instructions and thru trial and error i can get the hang of things but this pronto neo software is very hard to grasp. i want to change button icons into things like the "dolby digital symbol" and create channel icons like "mtv" "cnn" etc... is there a faq for this software/remote??? thanks in advance.

look in the file section [Link: remotecentral.com] some CCFs have channel icons already in there, by using these CCFs you will not need to redo the work. another thing you can try is some of the Pronto CCF's. you will be able to save the icons and then load them into the Neo.
