Heres my problem. I have a Sony Wega TV with PIP. I was able to add On, off, video1, 2, and 3 descretes converted from the Pronto descretes using neohacker and they work fine. However, I, need video4 (component video - DVD input) also. When I convert it it doesn't work. I got several other codes from other people that have been very helpful and they say it works for thier TV but when I save them to my remote, it doesn't work. Can anyone help me with this problem.

How about creating a macro that switches to video 3 and then toggles to video 4? That would be a interim fix until you find a working code.

I have a file up here somwhere with the descrete you are looking for. Go into the Sony files/rear pro TV's (all sony codes are the same). It is the 57HW40, although I think it says 51HW40 in the file. In any event, you should find your descrete code for the component input there.

j51675, tahnks but I already tried that and it doesn't work. I tried several other ones that other people gave me also and they don't work. Just wondering if anyone knows why? Thanks for your help though.
