I just bought a NEO, and have the latest firmware and NEO Edit software. I also have NEO Hacker, and Pronto2Neo. The device I have an issue with is my Mitsubishi WS-55859 TV (also brand new).

I wanted to be able to with one button select imputs, ie: DBS, DVD, AVR. I had no probs with DVD (Mits. 6020), and AVR (Yamaha RXV 630). The remote codes worked and I learned the buttons I needed easily. The Mitsubishi TV is another animal. The remote does not have any discrete codes to change Inputted devices (TV, DVD, ANT). It uses a menu button where you must scroll to and hit enter to select the appropriate device input.
I found discrete IR codes for a similar model MITS. HD Set on the Pronto Board, and had little tropuble converting it. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the code into NEO edit once I copy it from the spreadsheet. When I select add IR, the dialogue box only lets me choose from a predefined list of IRs and provides no way to mannually create or define an IR. I tried NEO Hack and had the same result. The IR codes was not editible. I have not clue and am about return my remote. I have not found any useful NCF files for what I need. Any ideas?

You have to enter the code into neohacker. Open neohacker and select your ncf. Copy the Pronto code from the Pronto descretes page. Open the button you want to paste that descrete code to in neohacker. Where it says action for that button, (you may need to learn that button first)highlight the learned IR code and delete it from the box. Hit ctrl + v to paste the pronto code in the box. Hit save parameter and you will notice the code change and converted from a Pronto to a Neo code. Make sure you have neohacker .7
Save the ncf file and open it in neoedit and download it to your remote. It is recommended that you backup your old ncf in case you run in to any problems.

Hope this works for you.
