i am trying to dispaly our company logo on the devices page. i have followed "help menu" instructions to the "t". my bitmap appears, but when i save or download to the remote the logo is gone and it reverts back to the original config.

Hi rob4jc-
It has been addressed ad nauseum in this forum, but the Devices page gets deleted and recreated by the NeoEdit software everytime you save the file. You cannot directly modify the page in NeoEdit- you will need to use NeoHacker (check the download section of this website).

i tried the hack program. i still cant get my bitmap on the start-up page. maybe i'm no tusing the hack program properly. please help!
