Using latest version of NeoEdit and firmware, every time I make changes to the Start (Home) page and try to save it in Neoedit, the new saved file defaults back to the original Start page. It will not save modified buttons or changes in their locations. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

The Neo was designed that way. But if you go to the file section on this site, you can find a utility called NeoHacker, and it will help you with your problem.
