Ok, I have all the current software/firmware, but everytime I update the remote the time, date, and contrast are set back to the default. (Jan. 1 12:00 with dark contrast). How do I fix this problem?

Sorrrrry, but there is no problem to fix, this is by Phillips Design, or "Lack there of" .....

Shoot, thanks for the reply. Seems like a total waste of time to have to reset this everytime. I can't believe they wanted it to be like this...

Ya, they fixed it so the Date stays correct when the batteries are replaced, but not the Time. So it is possible to have it work as one would think, but alast, Philips seems to not care..It's funning how the date/time is shown in the bottom right of the NeoEdit program..heh, maybe thats why they figure it doesn't have to DL the info!
