This forum and files database has been invaluable for me while setting up my ProntoNEO. Finally done and it's definately the near perfect remote! Everyone in the family has been enthusiastic about using it.

I'd encourage any beginners to download a few complete system ncf files and review them for tips and design techniques for consideration in their own systems.

I found the following to be particularly helpful:

Gabe Breeman's One-Click NCF
Rick's Unique ProntoNEO Design
Tim Builer's Custom ProntoNEO

Another tip is to d/l the big brother "ProntoPro" edit software as it has an emulator too and then you can look over some of the configuration files that ProntoPro users have put together for ideas.

I've put my own finished file up:
Bob Held's Tabbed NCF

Has a great shutdown bmp that displays on power down and great bmp's for Sony, Marantz and Zenith. All have been re-touched with editing software to display optimally on the Neo. Key/device layout has a very ergonomic layout with consistency between devices.
