I just downloaded a zip that has the settings for the lutron spacer dimmer. Now the zip only has an XML file and some bitmaps in it...what do i do with this?

Thats really the .ncf file. just rename the zip to .ncf and open it with NEoEdit. Some download programs see the .ncf as a zip file and change the ext to .zip
