Hello all, I am a proud new owner of a NEO and absolutly love this thing except...that when I upload my ncf to the neo editor, it loses all my device brand codes and defaluts them all to philips. So when I am done editing and go to use it I have to go through each divice and re-enter all the codes. What is up with that. I updated the firmware and am using the new software. Any help greatly appreciated.

If you set them in NEOEdit you should be set from then on out. The problem is if you set them in the NEO then transfer to NEOEdit, they're lost and NEOEdit sets it to defaults. Once set in NEOEdit, you should be fine.

Just wanted to thank you for answering my question about the neo not holding the codes. I actually called customer service and after about 30min they told me they did not know why it was doing that and to post my question on this site.
Thanks
