I've had to input a significant amount of IR codes into the Neo for my JVC VCR. When I am in NeoEdit and I upload from my Pronto does it store the learned IR codes and if not is there a way to back these up so I don't lose them in some freak baloon accident??
Thanks for your help.

Yes, the NeoEdit program stores your learned codes when you upload your configuration from the Neo to your PC.
If, for instance, you lost all the information in your NEO you could download your NCF file to the NEO and you'd be back in business. The upload basically saves ALL info regarding your setup. I have two Neo's and keep them both with identical settings using this method myself.
Enjoy your Neo! It is a lot of fun if you can get past the "it won't learn all my codes" problem... Kevin

Thanks. re: "won't learn all my codes" - I've been able to program codes with relative ease. I've found that when the Neo won't learn a code if I change how I push the button on the original remote. If you're holding the original remote button down try just a short push.
