When using the Touchscreen it may be useful, to see, what you are pressing.
With the hard keys it isn't.
So is there any way to tell the Neo to use the first hard key, not only for wake up, but to send the code?

The channel and volume hard keys wake and send with one push. I don't have an answer for you, but it may be worth poking at.
