It appears I'm not the only one who's had problems getting the Pronto to learn my Denon AVR-3600 remote functions. What's strange is the CD selector worked but none of the others (ie. command to switch to DVD, TV mode etc.)would "learn". I've tried holding at various angles and distances to no avail. Any ideas?

no Idea yet. Even "translating" generic codes via ccf files and NeoHacker don´t work. Pronto (RU 930) crashes when using the commands

Something that "demiller9" posted was very handy in learning the RCA Ultimate TV Codes:
"...It was not accepting any of the codes at first, but I was successful after trying the following trick: hold your remote button down before pressing the neo key..."
This may also work for you.
